What is the minimum order quantity?
Our order minimums are 12 for both screen printing and embroidery. If you require less than 12, send us an email or give us a call and we can discuss it.
How many colors can I get printed?
We can do up to six colors and thanks to process color, we can create any design imaginable by blending the colors.
How many colors can I get embroidered?
As many as you need for your custom design.
Can you ship orders?
Yes! Shipping cost will apply or you can send your own label and send it to us via email.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, we ask for a minimum of 2 weeks depending on the size, however expedited completion is available. Give us a call!
Can I return any items that I don't want or need?
Returns are not accepted UNLESS the product is defective. We make sure to involve our customers throughout the production process to ensure the end product is exactly what you’re looking for.
